A morning in a botanical garden, hands in the spices.

A 30-minute drive takes you to a village near Agadir and a botanical garden. You start with an introduction to Moroccan herbs and spices, then learn the tea ceremony step by step.

Next, guided by your host, you prepare your own tajine with fresh vegetables, herbs and spices. While it simmers, you stroll around the garden. Then it’s time to taste what you’ve cooked.
